Obituary

Janet Faye Jackson, age 72, of Aurora, Missouri, passed away at 12:57 p.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at the Aurora Nursing Center.  She was born September 30, 1945, in Aurora, the daughter of George and Mary Leona (Clark) Jackson.

Janet was a 1969 graduate of Hurley High School, in Hurley, Missouri and was formerly employed with the Monett Sheltered Workshop.  She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church, in Aurora, where she also was a member of the Ladies Bible Study.

She is survived by a cousin, Rhonda Clark, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and several other cousins.

Her parents, George and Mary, preceded her in death.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora.  Burial will follow at the Maple Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, in the funeral home chapel.

Memorial donations may be made payable to the Fellowship Baptist Church or the Lighthouse Children’s Home, in care of the funeral home.

What a wonderful and caring person Janet was as she always asking about my sister Judi at Church. One thing for sure, she is walking the streets of gold and in no pain. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love in Christ, Vicki
