I met Nina Welch, in the fall of 1955. I was dating, Mary Peterson. she and Nina were best friends, a friendship which continued until Nina's death. Although we lived many miles apart, in the early years, they generally visited each at least once a year. In later days they kept in touch by phone to the end.
Nina will be greatly missed.
Rest in peace, Dear Friend.
