Opal Darolene Arnsmeyer
Opal Darolne Arnsmeyer, age 84, of Billings, Missouri, passed away at 9:50 a.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at her home. She was born May 17, 1933, in Marionville, Missouri, the daughter of William and Florence (Cupp) Horn.
Opal worked for 15 years as a facilitator for General Electric in Springfield, Missouri.
On May 17, 1950, she married Ernest Arnsmeyer in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
Opal is survived by her husband of 67 years, Ernest; two daughters, Rhonda Lai and her husband, Bruce of Marionville and Robin Worley and her husband, Joseph of Marionville; three grandchildren, Jamie Holder and her husband, Nick of Stockton, Missouri, Samantha and Oliva Lai, both of Marionville; two great-grandchildren, Alaina and Devon Holder; one sister, Lois Ceberek, of Aurora and several nieces and nephews.
Her Parents, William and Florence, four sisters and five brothers, preceded her in death.
A graveside service, under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora will be held at 11:30 a. m. on Friday, August 18, 2017, at the Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora. Visitation will be held from 10:00–11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017, in the funeral home chapel.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
